Reload_time can be set on ammo prototype to add delay after depleting ammo magazine.
I would love to use reload_time for a salvo-like weapons, but at the moment you can't scale it for different guns.
For that reason, I propose adding a multiplier in ProjectileAttackParameters for reload_time.

As modder you can change recycling recipe generation yourself however you want.
It's not done in game engine, everything (except using specific recipe category) is done in lua.

When we insert movement-bonus-equipment (MovementBonusEquipmentPrototype) into vehicle (CarPrototype) equipment grid, it only increases vehicle acceleration, but braking_power stays the same.
