well, i loaded the save through steam 3 days ago which carried over the blueprint file. Is that enough?

i did test the blueprint file on the other device extensively. 0 crashes.

no not every load
10% chance on load i would say
90% chance when pasting bps

Ok so after further testing. on the Standalone version. with no external blueprints. i created a bp of my entire vulcanus base and pasted it about 20 times to force the event. no event occurred. However, i copied my Bp storage file from the steam version and loaded the standalone version and ...

Alright here is a file. i can pretty much reproduce it now at any point. it happens when i go to place a bp 95% of the time

Also, Just as an Update the Crashes are happening on my laptop ( this Pc) the past weekend i was home and on my Desktop ( i9-14900k rtx 4080super 64gb ramm) i tried everything to replicate crashes but could not. So it does seem to be isolated to this machine. Although it is probably something simple.

My Bios is up to date. I have played 100s of hours in other games. The Problem seems to be persistent to factorio which is unfortunate. Based on the log file is there anything else it could be?

I Keep crashing in my game sometimes it's random sometimes not. Lot of times i can be trying to Paste a BP and it will crash. I have a Log file created each time but, i do not know how to decipher the contents. I would like some assistance with this please.
