All of my planets except Aquilo have two rocket silos, so they can launch up to 4 rockets to a platform very quickly. Nauvis has 4 silos, letting it volley up to 8 rockets in about 30 seconds.

I've developed a defined strategy after more playtime. Now I choose to have an import platform for each planet, and a science export platform for each planet.
