Ah, so it was ice that triggered this recipe.
Thanks, I revised circuit logic and resetted plant.
Now it works.

When selecting "Set recipe" on cryogenic plant Ammoniacal solution separation is selected and 50 Ammonia which appears only when "Set recipe" is selected but it is not shown as ingredients (probably from earlier crafting).
There is no ammonia in touching pipes.
