I have the same issue in 2.0.28 though. Although I first saw it working I cannot receive any science pack requested by a platform in orbit of Gleba, by the Rocket Silo on Gleba. Other items requested by the same platform, to be delivered by the same planet (Gleba), are properly read by the rocket ...
