Just ran into an issue where all rocket-silo's got stuck and did nothing anymore, nothing being delivered to space platforms, even though they were requesting stuff (and ALL of them were at nauvis). The silo's themselves were full of items, ready to be sent, but they just weren't going.

hmm, yes, the summing of the number by 224 makes 'sense', although I'd still say this is a bug, it's to read orbital requests, not the sum of all silo's, right?

As for the unresponsiveness of the rockets, if it was "fixed" in 2.0.26, then the fix might not have caught all possible scenario's as ...
