Re: Legendary Yumako & Jelly Nut Seeds should grow legendary plants
It's still advocating for a system that solve literally 0 problems.
While I wouldn't say zero problems, now that I look back at the recent proposals it has become quite a complicated system to partially solve a small problem.
I think my initial motivation to support this idea came from ...

 true, recent suggestion unlike OP propose to implement a more complex system that current one, to make it easier to scale legendary production.
It misses the point, not only because it wouldn't work but also because ...

Re: Feedback on Space Age's overall design
That said, while the tone is off and the logic often flawed, it's still useful to developers in one way: it reveals how a segment of players can become alienated when expectations aren’t managed well or when communication isn’t transparent enough for entitled players—regardless of whether their ...

TL DR :
The long post presents itself as thoughtful feedback, but much of it ultimately stems from personal frustration over a perceived lack of control or recognition, rather than a well-reasoned critique of game design. Many of the questions raised are either based on misunderstandings, ignore ...

I don't see the relation with the music, and on reddit you said it was related to Vladimir Harkonnen.

""""my"""""
 You could have used the other one just underneath in the thread I sent you, it is a single combinator.
Tried to finish the thing Shulmeister sent me but ended up making a memory cell that kept track of the most abundant fluid and changed dynamicaly when the most abundant ...

Re: Multiple Fluid Selector Circuitry
I'd have liked to somehow refrain from clocked circuits. There's probably not a good reason I don't like them.
I was intrigued by the problem if there was a memory cell solution that more or less stored the type of fluid/signal and doesn't depend on it's value so to say.
I still feel that should ...

Re: Generic train and combinators
Hi,
Since the bug in the design were blocking our production on fulgora, it was scrapped so I had to start again from half wired combinators. So I took the opportunity to make a full train track that showcase the issues I have.
That's good it was possible to test the settings.
Attempted to ...

Re: [Poll] Would you be happy to pay for more official planets and expansions?
Which part of the word 'or' do you not understand? I don't have a dog in this fight (I've not played anything like enough hours of SA to have formed firm opinions about its balance) but this is an egregiously unfair response.
I think you missed part of the discussion that was mentionned here ...

I find it impossible to plan the whole factory from start , there's always stuff I want to add, or new ideas along the way.

Re: How do you deal with emptiness after "finishing" the game?
I think some players are soooo attached to factorio that even after their game is finished they go on the forum, or when they are at work and can't play.

Re: [Poll] Would you be happy to pay for more official planets and expansions?
So it goes back to what I've already said - if the point is to reach the end screen, there needs to be more content, OR if the point is to play around in a sandbox and build things, give us the tech earlier.
You asked why people do not agree with you, and i wanted to point out that i share ...

Re: [Poll] Would you be happy to pay for more official planets and expansions?
So why are people defending it being harder to reach the "beginning of the game"? Go onto reddit and what do you see? The timeline filled with people celebrating reaching the solar system edge? No, you see people posting their builds, because that's the fun part of Factorio.
This :
This is ...

Did you even attempt to understand my point of view? Be honest with yourself.
Yes , that's why i said most of it if off topic regarding this thread, you also posted it on this other thread https://forums.factorio.com/viewtopic.php?p=667884#p667884 where it was adressed and you ignored it only ...

Re: Feedback on Space Age's overall design
despite loving the game and SA, I would align with OP on some of his points. Moving things from Nauvis to other planets felt like a step back. I'm sure they tried and was most likely too complicated, but I wish we could built a base on Nauvis like during 1.0, then go to space and discover many new ...

You have achieved to convinced me that you have no argument to adress the fact that if you don't have to unlock techs you don't have purpose for building a factory that makes science.

Re: Space Age feels too scripted
I believe it's extremely difficult to manage rocket logistics without bots. To use belts, one would need to either have a dedicated rocket for each item to be launched to space, or have a bunch of chests around a rocket silo that only fills the silo when the item is requested.
I agree it is ...
