So I just tried connecting, no mods enabled, no firewall blocking, updated game, and "could not establish network communication with server". I won't keep spamming it, but I doubt it is even getting to your server. I can get to your server though, I pinged it and got ~50ms, so not sure why...

So the mod does not work for some reason, the solar panels do not output power, not shure about the accumulators, but all the basegame stuff still works. Il work on troubleshooting more, though. Is it going to be updated soon?
