True! It is marked fixed, but seems to be a recent fix and might not cover all cases. Seemed worth mentioning, but I can remove it if that piece isn't helpful.

I did reload that save and haven't had any issue, so cannot reproduce at this time at least. Hopefully this is a one off issue.
