False alarm, I've now uninstalled the game from Steam, manually deleted the shadercache from Steam folder, and reinstalled the game and the lag is now gone.

I've now downloaded 2.0.20 directly from your site as a .zip file, and the lag is gone!
Update: same thing for 2.0.32. No lag when using the .zip version of the game.
It might be something with the Steam version of the game then.

sorry, I've just tried several different versions 2.0.15, 2.0.21, 2.0.23 via Steam Beta page, and it lags in all of them (I've started a brand new game in each version), and I cannot reproduce non-lagging anymore. What's weird is that it now lags even in those older versions, but I'm sure it ...

I've noticed the game now lags when switching overlays since a few recent patches. I don't remember it lagging a month ago.

More specifically, in Remote View, when turning on or off any overlay, like Electric Network, Pollution etc. the game lags for a few hundred milliseconds (FPS drops, too ...

is it possible to prevent robots migrating from one logistic network to another?

I don't know exactly why this happens, but I think it's related to bots making a detour trying to recharge, or maybe after fulfilling a request they, for some reason, go to rest to a roboport in a different ...

Hi,

is it only me or is opening Debug by pressing F5 lagging since last month?
I have only Tile grid and Details checked.

If I remember correctly, pressing F5 would immediately show the tile grid. Now, it shows after 500-1000 ms delay, no matter if I do it in an old save or start a new game.

I believe "Electric Energy Distribution 1" technology should be mandatory before landing to Vulcanus, otherwise you might land on Vulcanus and never be able to go back!

Sort Player Inventory On Demand

Hey guys,

I like playing around with the inventory, splitting stacks and planning materials in my inventory, and for that reason I've disabled the "Always Keep Player's Main Inventory Sorted" option.

However, it would be great to be able to sort it anyway by a press or click of a button.

I'm playing on Default and am at 0.93 evolution on Nauvis at the moment.

Defenses hold on, that's not a general problem. Turrets make short work of behemoths. Maybe once in 10 waves a wall gets destroyed, but robots replace it quickly (I'm using double walls).

my construction robots are taking a lot of damage, even get killed by friendly fire from flamethrower turrets when defending on Nauvis, especially since the turrets are upgraded to +160% damage.
