I'm playing Space Age right now on 2.0.20 and reached the laser techs right now. I do not have the 'Laser turret' technology researched yet, but I can already research 'Laser shooting speed 1' and 'Laser weapons damage 1'. shouldn't those techs be unavailable until 'Laser turret' is researched ...
