When multiple Research productivity <number> techs are queued, the listed effect for the queued techs is not correct.

Expected behavior:
a. When I mouse over the (currently researching) Research productivity 9's effect in the image, I should see
"Lab research productivity: +10% [+80% -> +90%]
b ...
