[2.0.47] Speed modules degrade quality by 10x their previous values
This was not mentioned in the patch notes anywhere but rather than degrading quality by 1% Speed Module 1 now degrades by 10%. The same goes for speed 2s and speed 3s degrading by 15% and 25% respectively.

Still hoping this will get a look at by the devs. Parameterized blueprints are kneecaped without this functionality for everything I've tried to use them for.
