This is a 1.0 save game...

I see now why you might have said 'Not a bug'. But this is a 1.0 save game. It's only the blueprint that is somehow flagged as the older version. Don't ask my how o why.

It says it removed the blueprint.. If you are just going to blank the blueprint, then say: We blanked the blueprint. Delete at your leisure, or you will see this "fake message" for all of eternity. Simple good UI design, right? How am I supposed to know which blueprint is too old so I can ...

If the game allows a situation where a train won't go to a train stop that has what appears to be continuous rail between the train and the train stop, this is undoubtedly a bug.
