I fixed my save! (At least for now...)
Was basically just deleting parts of my base in the editor in 2.0.14 to see if I was hopefully able to delete the offending issue. However, I found a belt by my red science assemblers that when removed in editor mode would freeze/crash the game. Looking at the ...

I'd be surprised if my hardware was failing as it's a relatively new build but I could've also hit the bad parts lottery.
I do not know how to get a good save into this state unfortunately. I suppose if there isn't anything that can be done, I shall just continue to play the save on 2.0.14 for as ...

1. I tried to load my save through both through the button at the top and the load save menu.
