Maybe I didn't word the title properly... I don't mean to suggest removing signals with negative count.
I mean to suggest removing the negative values emitted by roboport's network content signal.
I'll edit the title to something better maybe.

Imagine this scenario in 2.0 now that assemblers can be configured by circuits:
- A requester chest asks for 3 of a craftable item.
- Roboport's logistic requests emit a signal for 3 of that item.
- A general assembler receives this signal and starts crafting the item.
