Maybe I didn't word the title properly... I don't mean to suggest removing signals with negative count.
I mean to suggest removing the negative values emitted by roboport's network content signal.
I'll edit the title to something better maybe.

Remove negative values from network content

Imagine this scenario in 2.0 now that assemblers can be configured by circuits:
- A requester chest asks for 3 of a craftable item.
- Roboport's logistic requests emit a signal for 3 of that item.
- A general assembler receives this signal and starts crafting the item.
- First item comes out into a ...

For a "feature" that was pretty inconsequential 11 years ago, it seems to get in the way of features added in 2.0.
I guess I'll have to make a new post in the suggestions forums about this...

When robots with augmented cargo capacity mark items for pick up, their maximum capacity is counted towards the logistic network's content instead of the actual amount available for pick up.
