Ok, found a "not corrupted" save and replaced the server saves with this file. Not lost much. I am just glad its back to working.

Which logs would be of interest? If the corruption happens because of a crash, a log of that crash would be of interest. If the crash happens because of a corruption, only a reliable method to create the corruption in the first place would be of interest. I am afraid I don't have those logs... The ...

Sounds like the save file got corrupted at some point after updating. The consistency checks run immediately after updating, so I would expect the 2.0.22 file is not corrupted.
