But maybe this interrupt condition (or all interrupts in general?) should have an option you can check or clear to control whether the train skips the current "next stop" in its schedule when firing the interrupt? Or "Destination full or no path" could be split or duplicated into two interrupts ...

Definitely agree that this feels like a bug. It seems to me like the following is happening:
1. The train finishes its wait condition at the loading station
2. The train evaluates the next station on its schedule, and determines that station is full.
