There is an issue with creating a blueprint and placing it on land that crashes a server:
1. Place concrete ghost tiles on water
2. Make a blueprint that includes the tiles of the concrete (keep landfill in blueprint)
3. Try to place the blueprint on land
4. Crash

I think this can be resolved ...
