I have the same problem, and if it's not a bug, I don't understand Fusion.
I have six reactors. Including the neighboringbonuses, I reach a total outputvalue of 2.4GW. With this, these six reactors should be able to supply a total of 48 generators. However, not all generators are being supplied ...

I absolutely agree with this. I find the new interrupt system very good. It makes working with trains almost perfect.
The problem that multiple trains always depart when you have multiple supply stations is really annoying and not easily solvable with signal circuits.
