I've just randomly stumbled upon this...my bots were building a new defense wall, and a group of biters decided to make a new camp just at the edge of the wall that was about to be built. Hi, I can confirm that the same thing is happening to me...I tried to setup completely automatic trains using interrupts and this bug ruins it.
