1. Preselect an item type when a wire is connected to the inserter.
2. Make a better selection of item types to be filtered.

1. After an inserter is connected to the circuit, in Factorio 1.0 inserter was blocked by default and I had time to slowly setup the on/off condition. In 2.0 ...
