I have attached the fully broken save file, this is where the trains are currently deadlocked.

Just removing and placing the left bridge rail signal a few times will clean the deadlock.

I have the following train crossing setup, but it seems to give a red signal in the middle without any train being there. I cannot figure it out, I might have made a mistake with the train signals, but it seems to be a bug;
