Question about farming legendary asteroids
I saw on YT how they farm legendary asteroids. So i build my own ship. It now has 248 time traveled (see the count on the sidebar) between nauvis and vulcanus. It "only" got 36x8 legendary aseroids. (Counted the belts). So: Let they run it over night? What do they do to get a lot of legendary ...

Re: Artillery cleaning all chunks -> no more enemy?
I had the same things happening on Nauvis. After the last attack on the biters with my tank, it seemed that i cleaned out the last one attacking. After that, bot one biter challenged my defenses. as i am on aquillo right now, i am not sad that they done visit me anymore

Aquillo: Seems different compared to the SA Release
Hi,
i started maybe 3 weeks ago a new space age game. The last time i played it and finished it was a few weeks after the release of SA. Now it feels like the production of ice platforms is very slow and it takes ages to build a new block (20x20). Has the receipt changed? Right now i have 8 green ...

Yes. I feel like Homer Simpsons *DOH*WOOL wrote: Sun Dec 22, 2024 7:17 pm They are the same colour as your character.
You can change your character's colour on the inventory screen.
I don't think this will update any turrets placed already but should colour the new ones

[raiguard] [2.0.28] Linux Wayland (F12) Screenshot doesnt work
I play on Linux (Debian 12) the steam version. I tried to use the wayland protocol. Nearly everything works except the F12 key to make a screenshot. This just works on X11.
Attached both logs. One where wayland was enabled and pressed F12 to create a screenshot during startup. The second one with ...

Re: Captured spawner and spoiling bioflux
I got 4 spawners and i take out all eggs. The belt transports them to the production facilities. At the end there is a burner to burn everything. Everything that reaches the end of the belt is immediately burnt. This way no eggs can spoil. A sushi belt holds the bioflox (20 pices) to feed the ...

Re: Feedback on Space Age's overall design
I fully acknowledge the OP. This are the points that make the scaling to mega factory unrewarding. When I think back to my 1.1 factory, it was so rewarding to see it growing from the starter base to the bus base and later to the megabase.

Re: Howto Megabase with Space Age ... Ideas?
My "Thought problem" is: As a software engineer i encourage data encapsulation. When i adopt my old pattern, i would produce the old 6 sciences on nauvis. white i need to import. I can only have one import point on any planet. The other 4/5 also needs to be imported. This feels like breaking my ...

Howto Megabase with Space Age ... Ideas?
I wonder, as i try to scale up my base and think about my 1.1 mega base scheme.
With 1.1 i had optimized city blocks that just got ores and coal by train that produced 50 SPM. That blueprint was 2x3 Cityblocks big. This block was organized in small "villages" by 10 of that blueprint instances ...
