yes, i used that to make it clearer what i mean
it does not change anything of relevance to this bug (it only highlights the window and shows the debug tooltip)
here is a screenshot of the bug still occuring with it turned off:

when the height of the circuit connection and logistic connection ui does not exactly match the height of the window they're attached to, then there is a transparent part to complete the rectangle
when trying to interact with some other ui like the ui for quickbars, shortcuts, pins or the minimap ...

hovering over the "Set filters" checkbox in the circuit connection ui of the asteroid collector shows the tooltip "Sets the inserter filters based on the signals from the circuit network."
as i don't think of the asteroid collector as an inserter, i expected something like "asteroid chunk filter ...

the draggable area and the confirm button are partially outside of the pin settings window
