0.16.19 still suffers desync, added log into the same folder as linked above

(0.16.18-19) Desync Multiplater

Hi all,

I get a desync after loading map, the map is hosted on a headless windows server, converted straight from a 0.15.40 save.

any action in game causes the desync immediately, waiting will still cause it too happen

Too large too attach so heres a shareable folder with my current desyncs ...

Game: via steam
Server: headless on windows
Brief issue:
Taking a blueprint causes a desync, which re-connects after saving local variant and a re-download x3-4 bigger then save

I do run Windows 10 and yes was using the overlay for Discord.
