Fixed it! I had in my launch options in Steam for some reason. Erasing that fixed my issue.

I just bought Space Age and updated Factorio. After launch it pointed out the mods which were outdated and so I clicked "Disable All Mods". After that, my game crashes every time on the loading screen.
