It seems that these are two (three?) independent problems by three different people. In my case the train network is a simple grid with all stations available from all stations (and all rails working one-direction). I cannot attach the save as it is 240 MB big... I have the same problem, the trains show alert "Train cannot find path to destination.". When I click on the train and hover over the next station, the hint says "All 11 stops are inaccessible from current position.". However, such trains sometimes depart once a free place occurs...
