I believe this was fixed at some point, but I am seeing this bug again in 2.0.32

Repro:
* Create constant combinator and give it the signals 2 iron plate normal quality and 3 iron plate uncommon quality. (Note: these need to be on separate logistical groups)
* Connect constant combinator to Selector combinator input.

Launching a Electromagnetic Plant from Nauvis to a space platform destroys the Electormagnetic plant.

The rocket launches, but nothing is delivered to the space platform. The Electormagnetic plants appear to be deleted.
