This is almost definitely the that problem.

I saw that as one of the fixes in the experimental version, but because it was labeled for switching planets, I thought it was unrelated.

Steps to get it to crash:
- Load save named "test"
- click power pole to open power production menu
- click 10 hours
- click solar panel under production before the line for solar panel is done loading
- game crashes
