I would agree there is something up with the "Watch your step" achievement. I have it in game but not on steam. I have NO railroad network in my game nor have i ever been killed by a train. First and only playthrough on 13.

Worth noting that the "Mass production 3" achievement in game shows 10 million vs the steam side showing 100 million.

Running 0.13.1 no mods. Found you can run through connected adjacent storage tanks, see video. I was able to duplicate the action but not reliably.
