This bug was captured on stream.
To replicate, order a handcraft of a large amount of spoilable items, and have the spoil timer of the product run out before the craft completes.
The products will begin stacking into the same slot as spoiled craft results, instantly turning into spoilage.

Lightning rod is unlocked with wrong tech
Lightning rods for Fulgora are unlocked by researching the planet discovery technology, instead of being a trigger tech. No other planet discovery techs unlock buildings, and this feels like an oversight. One would assume lightning rods would be unlocked by mining an ancient lightning attractor.

Signals incorrectly attaching to rail junctions
When a signal is placed too close to a fork in the track, it does not connect properly and flashes (yellow signal in attachment). A green square appears when holding a signal, which makes one assume that a signal placed there would work as expected.
