I've rolled back to 2.0.67 and could launch the game, then load my save, without issues.

edit: @Loewchen just saw your last reply, all I'm doing is launching Factorio, with chrome running in the background. it might be because I have an external GPU and an intel macbook (not the modern chipset)

factorio-current.log is 15 minutes old and zero bytes

factorio-previous.log is ~90 minutes older and attached.

I was still on 2.0.67. I upgraded to 2.0.68 and now starting factorio causes an OS freeze and crash. I've opened a different ticket.

[2.0.68] Crash on Mac

I updated to the latest experiemental and now when I try and launch the game I get a computer freeze, followed by a OS level crash about 10 seconds later.

the only error I have is the macOS error;

panic(cpu 1 caller 0xfffffff0207ba078): x86 CPU CATERR detected

@boskid has this also been fixed for Deconstruct and then undo? The same issue occurs then.

Add "every quality" as an quality option in signals

TL;DR
I want to be able to use every quality in a signal. I can use them in filters (inserters, splitters, storage slots in {steel boxes, cargo wagons, etc}, etc) but I can't set them as names for trains, train stations, or send/receive them over circuit networks/radars. hopefully the screenshots ...

I understand that for ascii reasons, the following items appear in this order, but from a UX/UI point of view it messes up lists that use the emoji/rich icons.

i got a crash when i tried to make a simple blueprint, set width and heihgt to zero, then x/y to 32 for grid, then tried to click absolute from relative.
