How to replicate:
First place an inserter, so it has no power. Next place belts that will move some items in front of it. Profit?
This does not occur when placing a fast inserter in front of an existing belt.

[2.0.8] PVP - No music
I'm playing with friends in pvp as coop mode and there is no music in game. Was trying to change volume and assign buttons to play/pause and next, but nothing helps.
