Fully agree with your analysis. My post was in no way meant as negative towards Wube. I'm just pleasantly surprised to have it fixed so quickly as I anticipated it would take much longer. And that thanks to your bug report!

Thanks for this! I play on ipad and faced the same problem. I reported it as a bug, but it was labeled 'not a bug'. Then I made a suggestion with no responses yet. Then all of a sudden it got fixed because of this post. Thank you very much!!!

D-pad doesn't control the camera.

By the way: I did lower the camera movement speed in remote view and this did somewhat help. Still not perfect, though.

When placing 'Space platform foundations' on my first space platform, I experienced this for the first time. It takes a lot of small stick movements to accurately place things in remote view (= bad ergonomically).

I might be able to slow down the camera movement speed (haven't tested that ...

Correct. I use 150% UI scale.

FYI, I just noticed that this topic was moved to 'Not a bug' section.

I have asked Rseding91 in PM to confirm if the Rocket Silo GUI not fitting on the screen is intended or not. Or if I described this issue incorrectly (by incorrectly mentioning the 'Flat character GUI' setting).

I am going for the "educated guess" that you have a particular reason for using the mentionned setup (ipad as screen), maybe educationnal ? :) and would recommend a "feature request" detailing it, rather than a bug report.
