I double checked. Apparently, I was misreading the default controls on Switch 2. 'Left SL' and 'Right SR' seem to refer to buttons on the joycons. Not to stick directions. See screenshot.
I am using the pro controller, so those buttons are not available to me. I've mapped the buttons to something ...

[2.0.76][Switch2] Cannot assign stick directions in controls
By default, there are controls that use the direction of a stick + a button to perform an action. However, I am unable to set such controls myself.

I'm also wondering if this is intentional or not.
For privacy reasons, I always hide behind a VPN and only login when I want to purchase or post something. I used to be able to easily read the 'Active topic' every day to see what's going on in the community. Now I have to login to read that.

Re: Please, DO NOT remove space casino
Please keep space casino's, because it sounds interesting and I won't be able to experience it (without mods) otherwise.
If it's too overpowered in early game? I suggest making a late-game tech for it to unlock it.
It sounds like space casino's offer a unique loop/experience that is not offered ...

Re: Controller camera movement makes it hard to place buildings
D-pad doesn't control the camera.
By the way: I did lower the camera movement speed in remote view and this did somewhat help. Still not perfect, though.
How did you do that? I cannot find the corresponding settings :(

Fully agree with your analysis. My post was in no way meant as negative towards Wube. I'm just pleasantly surprised to have it fixed so quickly as I anticipated it would take much longer. And that thanks to your bug report!

Re: [Twinsen][2.0.14][Steam Deck] Some menus are too large for default resolution
Thanks for this! I play on ipad and faced the same problem. I reported it as a bug, but it was labeled 'not a bug'. Then I made a suggestion with no responses yet. Then all of a sudden it got fixed because of this post. Thank you very much!!!

Re: [2.0.28][linux] Game stutters
Do you experience the stutters when you turn off any monitoring HUD/overlay?
I ask, because I experienced something similar (a stutter every couple of seconds). It turned out that the stutters matched the refresh rate of the monitoring HUD/overlay. (My monitoring HUD was turned on full-time to ...

Rocket Silo GUI change to fit on small screens (ipad / steamdeck)
TL;DR
Opening the Rocket Silo GUI shows 3 panels next to each other. The 3rd panel gets cut off at the screen edge if your screen is too small. In other parts of the game, GUIs with 3 panels switch to 2 panels + Tab (i.e. character screen). For consistent accessibility, the Rocket Silo GUI should ...

Re: Request for Maritime logistics
I'm a teacher in Logistics and I talked about this with my colleagues (introducing ships into Factorio). But I argued that mechanically, it would be very similar to trains. In your opinion, how would ships differ from trains logistically?

Correct. I use 150% UI scale.
I understand that this is not a bug. I will instead make a post on the 'Suggestions' forum. Thanks for the quick reponse.

Re: [2.0.28] Rocket silo GUI is flat, even though 'Flat GUI' setting is off.
FYI, I just noticed that this topic was moved to 'Not a bug' section.
I have asked Rseding91 in PM to confirm if the Rocket Silo GUI not fitting on the screen is intended or not. Or if I described this issue incorrectly (by incorrectly mentioning the 'Flat character GUI' setting).

Re: [2.0.28] Rocket silo GUI is flat, even though 'Flat GUI' setting is off.
I am going for the "educated guess" that you have a particular reason for using the mentionned setup (ipad as screen), maybe educationnal ? :) and would recommend a "feature request" detailing it, rather than a bug report.
