Never mind, my settings got changed and I forgot to check them before testing. This is still a problem.

I just tried version 2.0.30 and this seems to be fixed. I have read all the release notes and didn't notice this bug mentioned.

I noticed that when driving a vehicle the tooltip disappears when ever the Entity tooltip delay setting is greater than 0ms. In the 1.1.110 version this did not happen.

It is indeed the "Walking" sound for the car. It was not in 1.110 as I just tried it out there. I must say it is quite a jarring sound effect as it pulled me right out of my gaming zone. I will probably get used to it.

Anyone else have this problem? The car and the tank have this horrible white noise over top of the engine sound. I just tried 1.1 and the white noise is not there. I also tried it on another computer with different hardware.
