Did anyone else on steam lose the ability to opt-in to the experimental version? The only option for me on the Betas tab is "NONE- Opt out of all beta programs"

One thing I found is that if there is *any* data in your \mods folder, even if all mods are disabled at the menu screen on launch, it will still say that achievements are disabled.
