I've seen similar thing in one Xterminator base tour video and with turret targeting filters it became very doable.

It actually shows me I have watched first video :?
I have totally forgot about it (it was probably years ago), but my brain must have stored that information.
So my original idea clearly comes from Mangledpork serie, including the name :oops:

Mine wasn't a megabase, but I had:
Colbury (Steam power)
Chipton (Circuits)
Forgedale (Copper)
Ironwood (Iron, it was in a forest)
The twin towns of Stoneford and Steelbridge (Guess)
Warchester (Military science)
Westpoint and Forton (Personal combat supplies and ammo belted to defensive walls ...
