Tested on Nauvis with a much larger power grid and can confirm it is NOT a power issue. The same effect happens there as well. Best I can say it is related to the Silo animation. I think the slowdown on launch is from the time the arms recede and then the rocket launching might be a separate ...

No. This bug only happens during the animation of the doors opening, and rocket coming up from the ground. I am not even using half of my power capacity during this video I tried re-logging as well and the bug still persists.
