Simple answer to both posters above: Refund partial cost of rocket into % of the new rocket, if its launched not fully full. (Sure, limit it to 25% or 50% if you like). Right, I had a good go at it tonight. I'm pleased to report that it works exactly as advertised, with one caveat.
