Asteroids have that and they are mega boring to deal with. I prefer having options to having no options.

Re: Make space platform destruction more memorable
Not coming from the more memorable/spectacular angle... But my prometheum platforms are taking damage once in a blue moon and I have no clue what is missing. I'm never watching the ship when it takes damage, so I dont know what to add to it to prevent the damage. Would be nice if there was some way ...

What are the rules for biolab recycling? I just recycled 50 rare biolabs, the recycler has 4 legendary quality modules. I only got rare biolabs. Is there a cap on biolab quality when recycling? Or I got very unlucky? Or something else?

An issue doing it automatically is people would be confused as to where their stuff has gone.
Could be like an addon building that does this automated inventory management.
Personally I've started not keeping anything with my character, cause of the inventory and travel hassle. I use remote ...

Shouldnt you be getting attacks only near the plant harvesting areas? Its where the pollution is coming from. If you build your factory in a cleared area away from fruit harvesting, you should be getting next to 0 attacks on the factory itself.

Making the packs themselves and transporting them is done with renewable resources; after a point its very easy to overproduce them at no resource cost. What difference does it make that you cant stockpile them? Just overproduce and burn the spoilage.

Re: They need to rename Gleba to Bartleby
Gleba definitely took me the longest to adjust to. But right now I have a turret perimeter set up and my production set up, I've not gotten any attacks in weeks. Resources are infinite, so I'm not devoting any attention to Gleba, things just run there.

If the platform had enough space when the shipment was sent, but it doesn't have enough space when the shipment arrives, the items spill on the platform (marked with red Xs), the same way they would spill on the ground if the cargo hub were full. (I had this happen the other day.) They'll get ...

Re: How to limit what a space station can drop?
If a platform is requesting something from the planet it's above, it won't drop it to the planet.
If you add a carbon = 0 request for that planet, it won't drop the carbon and also won't actually request it (if there is some on the planet and none on the platform).
If you do add it, make sure you ...

I have some platforms that transport science packs between planets. Is there a way to tell those platforms to only drop science packs and not drop e.g. carbon that I'm requesting at the planet I drop science packs to?

Re: How much fruit to harvest for a small Gleba factory?
In that case you need at most one tree more, because when you harvest trees just as needed, the tower is generally interrupted just as it plants the seed. So you have one "harvest cycle" of delay in seed growth, and need one more tree. But it makes managing the output more precisely much easier ...

Re: How much fruit to harvest for a small Gleba factory?
Also, maybe 8 yumako trees isn't enough (or is too much)?
8 is definitely too much, since I don't run out of yumiko fruit and I have to mash it and burn the mash. But 7 was almost too few.
I settled at 8 yumiko trees and 6 jellynut trees. Its not ideal, as it results in more pollution than is ...
