Upgrade and Deconstruction Planners should be allowed in Rockets so new ones don't have to be made to every new planet you visit!

Looking at the bug report Muche linked, this seems to be the case, where the Items are spoiling in the queue, but because the Yumako is no longer in the inventory, you can't see the spoilage rate

Just got to Gleba, started hand crafting Yamako Mash, and none of it is appearing in my inventory, It seems to be immediately turning into Spoilage
