Yes but changing that did not solve it, i now have tried it with a different pc, a laptop with Nvidia graphics and that worked just fine, i have attached the logs.

Normally its PCM and when its cutting out it says no Signal. ( See Photo)

In my Setup im using an Yamaha av receiver to output the Audio to speakers or Headphones, when i use the receiver as audio output the sounds start to stutter/cut out due to the game doing something funky with the output ( see Video). This happens in all different output modes (5.1,2.0, headphones), ...
