You need to change the fuel’s fuel_top_speed_multiplier. Nuclear fuel normally has 1.15. This changes it to 2 (518.4 km/h, incidentally very close to the 1990 TGV record of 515.3 km/h).

I'm currently on a train world with my friend and we want to change the maximum speed of our trains.
I thought the easiest way to do this, is by changing the nuclear fuel rod Bonis. I want to change the top speed bonus from 125 to 200% and keep the acceleration where it is.

You don't need a mod for this. Get an "infinity-chest", then set it to remove items placed in it.
It is not craftable in game, so you need to use a /c command to get some.
/c game.player.insert{name="infinity-chest", count=10}
Infinity-chest is your friend.

Thank you very much for your reply, i know these mods but unfurtantly they will destroy my ups in my big saves.(i tried SPAWN/VOID belt, creativ mod), and others. Thats why im looking for something that activates only if needed.

Since Refined concrete gets only used as Pathing the stack size should be increased to at least 1000 in my opinion.
After mass producing thousends of Refined concrete, I also think its too expensive. Concrete, Water, and steel should be enough in my opinion.

I changed the Nuclear-fuel to 700% max speed bonus(in my personal mod). in [0.17.14] My trains drive ca. 650km/h forwards.
250km/h backward.
after updating above [0.17.14] Trains max speed is 250km/h forwards and 650km/h backward!
