If I have a rocket launcher, I can't choose where it shoots, it shoots on the sides also. I only want it to shoot the things that are forward when the platform is moving forward and not target asteroids that I don't need to shoot on the sides of the platform

It would be great if there were a controls checkbox or option to make radars directional to target specific directions in space or create a specific zone to be targeted by the radar. The control output would be everything in the zone, this could allow for specific targeting of asteroids only ...

It would be nice if there were some way to monitor power networks directly, yes you can use accumulators, but it would be nicer if you could measure power and then make a decision, like shut down parts of the factory before you have a blackout

What about dumping items with the new assemblers, I guess this would be easy if you had drones. If you didn't have drones then what? Does the assembler just store the items? Is there any control we can have over how the items get handled other than filter inserters? It would be nice if they didn't ...
