In game press F4 select show time-usage than you see
Logistic manager is between 0 to 0.5 i think is for logistic robots
Construction Manager is around 5 to 6 i think is for construction robots
But there is nothing to build and construction robots are in roboports waiting for job ...

My ups are about 30, 7700x cpu,and I'm wondering how to increase ups, entity ok 17, many machines inserters etc, but my robots not constructing and this is so high 5-7 .

What is a construction manager and what is he responsible for? I'm between 5/6 when the robots aren't building
