Thanks GreyBeard, those are some good options, I will try the spawn code. I loaded the map string into the editor and couldn't find any uranium anywhere but the tiny bit at the spawn point.

Anyone had this problem with Uranium?
I have no Uranium. There was a small patch in my starting area and now there is none. I'm playing with rail world like setting with Uranium set on Low frequency, and big size. Using the following mods: (not that these would be the problem)

OK, that got the trains out of the circle and into the 2 way lines but now they won't go back in to the circle. Aaargh.

I was worried that was the solution. Much harder to prevent trains from jamming the roundabout when you have the exit signal so close, but that is definitely what the problem was.

I got it to work by moving the signals at the intersection further away from the intersection. What do you mean by double signals?
