Space Platform Orbital Drop Slots

Simple concept: allow cargo bays on an orbital platform to add additional orbital drop slots. The default is 1 rows, and every additional bay adds another row of slots, allowing you to dump more items at a time.

Maybe items on Aquilo don't spoil, but there's also "freezing" recipes that let you basically add a buffer spoilage timer to items as they "defrost". So you can choose between working on a planet with more readily available resources by using cryogenics plants to freeze items on Gleba for easier ...

Will there be a way to handle unknown items with generic item interrupts? For example, being able to say "if you can't find a stop to bring this item to, take it here"? That would be extremely useful.

The one thing on my wishlist for combinators is some emulation/improvement of systems like LTN/Cybersyn in vanilla.
