Perhaps a sort of regular expression / wildcard match could be useful?
I like to name stations things like [item=electronic-circuit]+ and [item=electronic-circuit]- and such a thing would allow me to have one clean schedule for absolutely all my trains in a sort of LTN delivery fashion.

[1.1.87] Inventory cannot be opened / closed while holding a tile in hand
If I grab an item that is also a tile (like concrete or stone bricks), and press E, the inventory will not open or close.
My current workaround is to put the item in my hotbar instead.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Obtain stone bricks or another tile
2. Open your inventory and grab said item
3. Press E
