Thank you so much! I've spent ages searching for the reason causing this!

I can't, it automatically separates the other line, like this;

My rails won't cross on my new save, completely messing up my ability to do T-Junctions. I've added an image that shows how they are behaving. Any ideas why this is happening? Only Curves cross over.
